Requirements Gathering is the first step to find the right solution. We collect requirements from all stakeholders through surveys and personalized interviews. This process is critical to the success of any new solution, but it can be very time consuming. We use a number of tools and methods to make sure time is allows spent effectively and efficiently.

Sope Building, we taking the requirements gathered and building it into a clear concise product scope. Some consultants stop at requirements gathering and stick this into an RFP and hope for the best. We recommend one more step where these requirements are further refined and prioritized.

Solicitation Execution, we take the scope built up to this point and help conduct a fair and competitive solicitation. We work directly with your procurement department to meet their regulatory requirements. We work for you to find the best solution available on the market.

Vendor Management and Contracting, we can be your technology advocate in the negotiation process and establishing a new contract with the vendor. Reviewing the implementation plan and setting up a shared plan for success with the new vendor is critical. This doesn't have to be a drawn out or difficult process. Often a good product doesn't get implemented just because the two parties weren't on the same page at the onset.

Solution Implementation, finally we can help you get the new solution in place. Depending on your needs this could mean supporting through continued advocacy. technical support or project management. If we've followed the process up to this point, this should be easy and just means making sure we stay on track with our target. If we're coming in at this phase we can still work together to get things done.
